They don't count. There's very few in the game. Most are heroes or lords. Not sure the ones in saphery destro side count either. Game might count them as dragons but they're actually rabbits and deer the elves transformed into dragons.

I've just salvaged a load of Conq and Red Eye gear and got blue fragments as rewards - I can't see anything in the notes about this, is it a bug? That's 7 bits of armor wasted.

It's an event that should just be a questline accessible at all times in the game. Then people that want to grind it can do it whenever.

Reward being tied to a tome unlock, and that reward being account shareable works as well.

Currency unification made cities ignorable. If they were the only way to get sov gear, you'd see 8 instances again constantly.

Read the god damn skill descriptions. You get a debuff that says you deal less damage and should take a shower. If you do so (waterfall nearby), you get a MAJOR buff for every stack of debuff you showered off, up to 70% more damage IIRC.
