I don't really understand this. Surely the argument is that BHA should have some upper limit to the stacking? If the argument is you need stacking to cause damage, just up the armor penetration and don't let it stack or let it stack a lot, but not infinitely, e.g. 4-5 times? Are players saying BHA ...

Destro is easy indeed, BG/BO Mara/Choppa DoK/Shaman imho. Order can be more open to comps ,i would take KoTBS/IB WP/Slayer but a WL as 2nd ,since he can slow the shaman for others to catch up when nedeed.
