I have the same problem, played 1 year without problems and now it says "Web Server Red, Game Server Yellow".
Reinstalled the game. Created an exclusion for the ReturnOfReckoning-May2022 folder in Windows Defender.
Whitelist the ReturnOfReckoning-May2022 folder in my anti-virus. Nothing work.
