My issue is solved. I followed the link above and it took me to these steps:

* cmd
* net stop winmgmt
* renamed the c:\windows\system32\wbem\repository folder
* comp restart
* cmd
* net stop winmgmt
* winmgmt /resetRepository
* reboot

I get a error pop up like this aswell. I don't know if it's the same problem as OP, so sorry for hi-jacking the thread. It was either that or Order biased changes. I decided to go for the more constructive one.
