Hey which of those builds should i aim for levelling up? Mainly SCs with some PQ and ORVR.

yes, well maybe a better stat would be dmg mitigated , as in they used their abilities so it shows they are playing rather than just suicidal

Would it help is there was a another row on the stats board for tanks, something like dmg taken or even better damage mitigated? this would add to RR score thus making tanks a more attractive pick? as they would gain RR faster say 10% or smt like that?

Was thinking maybe when the guarded target gets kills, the Tank gets 50% of their damage done attributed to him and then calculated on the board at the end for medals etc.
