I just quickly looked on Youtube what the Character Creation screen is supposed to look like, and the six characters representing each race that you are supposed to be able to click on the choose a race don't load.

Hi, I just downloaded the game and launcher, but when I log in and have to choose a realm for my character, I see the green box for Order, the red box for Destruction, both with the accompanying text, but there is nothing for me to click on, so I can't progress to the next steps of character ...
