Return of Reckoning

after digging around a bit, i decided to change my IP, with the cmd ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew.
reseted router, restarted comp and it works now.

so for the past few days i can't login. since the 31.01. patch it seems.
the launcher starts, but can't connect to server.
i've been searching the forums but couldn't find any other posts related to this issue.

on the site homepage it says that the server is up, 571/1400 atm. but when i click to ...
