Solved. Seems like my AV blocked the downloading.

Hi everyone ! I got this error at launch for two days now when the launcher try to download war.exe :

Error Downloading HTTP:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: L'accès au chemin d'accès 'C:\Users\User\Desktop\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' est refusé.

I already receive and activate my forum account but i've got the "your account is not active" on the launch.
