So every time I open the launcher these is a downloading bar however during the downloading the launcher exited for no reason. Does anyone know why that is?

I read stickies for downloading solfware to play the game but I'm new to this downloading game bar steam so I am unsure of the solfware I needed to download to play the game.

My computer is a Dell Insprion 15 7000
