under win 7 x64 the dinput.dll file is not allowing launcher to load

teh following error results:

war-64.exe - entry point not found

The procedure entry point EventSetInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll

and submitting that reply made the timestamp change from Oct 3 2018 to oct 2 2018 . sorry for redundant post of "server is down".

win 7 x 64bit loaded up fine problem was all avatars are bright white( like they are glowing. both players and mobs) installed for dx10 on reshade install. possibly dx 10 and win 7 are not working with reshader 3. never had any of the other adjustments since this is brand new client 3 days old, just...
