The mechanism used in order to launch the client is picked up by anti-malware heuristics. Nothing we can do about that.

You can do something about it. Exclude the entire WAR folder in your anti-virus ...

probably related to av/windows defender. check in their quarantine if you can restore the files. If not, download them again and make your install directory be exclude from virus scanning.

Also, i saw someone else have this problem from russia, are your perhaps from there aswell?

Ive hard of issues between 'lets encrypt' and certain russians ISPs where they may intercept or manipulate the certificate chain... trying to figure out if that might fit here.
