Return of Reckoning

Hello so i've noticed the past 2 times we've done high pass (last night and this morning) that no one gets a roll on bags after lord and lock. This seems to happen to everyone in zone, not asking for loot reimbursement just thought it maybe a bug or something to look into for the future.
