Return of Reckoning

After a pair of months I have been on vacation (and other problems), I wanted to play again with my characters on this server. What my surprise when I have found nothing, 0 characters remaining, and the game sends me to create one window.
I need an explanation and the return of all of them!

PS: I am licensed system manager and DB developer, if you need a little hand (the short time I can).

I know that quests text is in server language in spite of the language that we setup (we see skills and ui in spanish,etc., but quest in english), but (sorry for the question) ¿is there any manner to make quests appear in our languages? Other than you (the team) create servers for each language... T...
