OFC you can't realistically ban external comms. The point there was that comms are available to everyone to use. I choose not to use them -- that's my choice and I need to accept that it means sometimes it means that premades on comms roll the PUG I'm in. Same argument for leaving NB in the game. It...

How exactly do you reduce the number of buttons without setting any conditions on when the buttons should and should not be pressed? Activting an ability when off cooldown is a conditional check (the condition being the cooldown), activating an ability if its buff/debuff has dropped off is a condit...

It's actually better the way it is since the last stack refreshes the first stack to 9s. Otherwise, that first stack would expire in 7s, second stack in 8s, and third stack in 9s.
