Ranked Season 6 is currently scheduled to start on 29th August. Would it be possible to get confirmation that the new season will start as planned? I don’t want to book time off work if it’s likely new season will be postponed again.

So in summary, Ranked Season 6 was due to start on Mon 29 Aug 2022 and last 2-3 months, but because a big update to abilities would fall in the middle of the season it was postponed until 2023. So the update should land in next 2-3 months and ...

Ok so looks like Season 6 starting in August 2023, anyone know if this year break in ranked was a planned decision by developers because of the changes to ability system, incoming balance patch etc or a decision by a non-dev who rage quit to ESO after losing a couple of games in Season 5?
