Return of Reckoning

Hi all,
I'm trying to enter, but send me the messager "Username/password incorrect". I've already change the password twice but message didn't changes, and can't change username in User Control Panel. Any clue?

I have problems connecting server, after select server appears this messages:
" Entering the fray...
Connecting to server...
Handshaking...
Logging In...
Login timed out. "

Any clue?
