All fixed. Had to delete the folder and extract the .zip again and then run the patcher like 5 or 6 times. ))

I have No In-Game Sound. Checked the forums already. I have sound on my PC across the board - windows sound tests, music, internet, other games etc...

All sound settings maxxed out under settings (No Eax).
