guess I am stuck in a broken scenario, hope I get the exp and renown at least still :/

I am stuck on the character select screen. I can't get beyond that with any character.

I can't get past the launcher, click connect and it turns grey and does nothing.

I am in a 12 hr que? position is 256 of 0? Is this a new thing?
