I like this much better than megaphone, as that put everything the WB lead said into an alert message if you had the addon

Easiest thing to do is offer a stat version and proc version. 3% and 5% procs are useless in general. When you guys started talking about redesigned fort weapons, it was a major let down to see what you did, it's almost as if you don't want people to use PVP items.

Just to let everyone know, we are fairly sure there is a bug where RvR events/encounters are not spawning but we have yet to identify exactly why. The internal markers we have seem to indicate something is wrong and we are trying to locate what exactly is the cause.

simple solution there would be make it only a lvl 16+ buff
