T3 US time is pretty bad as well for any type of ORvR. Tis unfortunate since I really enjoy ORvR rather than scenarios, but that's where the fights are now. Hopefully the "overhaul" of the campaign won't take too long.

It's not a bad stat, just not really that useful until softcap.

Increase, if possible, but not another server. No need to split the population at this point, rarely is it maxed out.

If you are trying to level thru quests and pqs it's probably just an issue where there it's actually slow. That's why they put in rats and some high exp quests in ORVR. people x realm / don't fight in the lakes / zerg / blah blah blah, it's the same inherent problems of live. renown chasing is all fine and dandy, but a lot of folks just like to fight and kill.
