Return of Reckoning

i've seen that you can duel a friend, i tried /duel (name) but i don't know if that's the way because when the other puts /duel accept doesn't work, can somebody help?

when i click connect in the launcher, an error appears and it says that the video system does not have the minimun characteristics (it's not like that but i have it in spanish)
