We don't need both sides to be 2/2/2 before a scenario pops, we just want at least 1 healer in the queue on each side. Just one. Do this and you will see surrenders drop dramatically.

If by grinding you are referring to pq's - so many end in a hero that most melee can't stand toe to toe with unless they outlevel greatly or outgear greatly the area. Most ranged however can just kite in a circle to get that bag.

Marauder is interesting, but i see so little content on marauders that isn't 2 years old or older. I rarely see one in the wild or in a scenario, which leads me to believe there may be something wrong with the class overall given the current meta.
