Change Torment/Agonizing Wound for WH/WE to not ignore armor by default but instead double your armor ...

For some classes deftard build is only way to play because dps spec nerfed to the ground. Also you have to keep in mind, deftard builds have really low damage output so this build will only kill solo new players in rvr.
