Do you have the folder/file atteribute set to read only? Untick the box and try it again.

Also, you need to have the launcher in the same folder as the game .exe's.

I try to download the luncher again, and i restart the computer, but it does't work. The RoRLauncher.exe is in same folder with WAR ...
