So sorry for the post. Found out what the problem is. Had not updated the game because the updater was blocked by my anti-virus. Weird enough id been playing quite a while.

I was in the middle of playing a battle scenario when I was disconnected. Now I can not log in and get an error message.
Something about a target machine actively refusing something.
