because BW, the highest AOE damage dealer in game, bombs with Elemental dmg. Some corp as well in the mix. Giving aoe elemental debuff to RP would boost BW dmg by 20-40% , leaving other order warband classes even further behind. (assuming coming Slayer invader gear nerf, any non-BW pick for open ...

As we all know - mages dont have analog for weaons skills and that's why all 7 mages classes without RP have resist reduction. Zealots is best about this - they have tactic + first morale and this is high reduction valu. Rune Priest have same tactiic but witout resist reduction, just armor.
