you can download the Net.Frameware on google search. I had running Win10 Pro since this server up aged, i dont have any problems. Make sure you are following the instruction this links below:

Win10 does not have .net 3.5 enabled by default.
a) Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard.
