I get really frustrated about the following:

my launcher starts and the client also. The status screen is empty. After a view seconds I get a failure popup "authentification failed - appliaction will now terminate"

I tried the following things the last view days

BUT: my problem with the game is still there: I got the WAR install package again but the game doesn't start

For me it's not working. EVERYTHING in the folder is read / write active.

I changed my password (written in small letters, no numbers, no special characters), some hours ago. Now I can't even enter the character view. It simply tells me that username / password are not correct. But the login to the ...

I already checked the r/w status of the folder. The read only checkbox was already unchecked so that's not the problem
