How hard is to get this full set? It's so badass. I'm playing chosen.

I really don't see a problem in losing for some time, eventually it will be 50/50 or even victory for destro for some time.
I think it gives a realistic war feel to it, some weeks order win others destro.

What are you leveling? Lore is better, thats a personal choice but there is lore. Questing is slow my least favorite way. It depends on what you are after. Most efficent way is RvR and Scenarios, since you will have to get renown at 40. Fastest way to 40 is PvE, how dependd on what you are playing....
