fair point - maybe longer lockout/xrealm timers?

The damage/heal bonuses were a great layer of realm incentive in DAOC. They were not game breaking. Amounts are debatable.

I wonder if a slightly different approach to PVP gear would liven up the lakes and make city pushes more of a realm effort/benefit v. individual/group thing. May get another swing at city. They're pretty good to us. Remember, free server, free game. Very generous of them. Keep that in mind.

It's fine to fix a "bug" but w. the current state of AE in game, the tactic should be changed to 9 or 12 or more. And of course, it should build accusations. This change is very outdated v. other changes w. AE cap.

Is there any place that lists the weapons for each epic t4? The wiki still has the code you can copy into the game to pop up the quest window and rewards but it doesn't work in game anymore.
