Frustrated. It just keeps restarting the manifest and reloading the same 6 of 6. It started out with a manifest and loading 8 of 8. Thank you guys. So what rank does the guild have to be to set a tax rate %?

Is there a reason I cannot set our Guild Tax %? I am the Guild Leader and the Guild is Level 3. When I attempt to set the guild tax it doesn't save. Thank you.
