4. I persuasively ask to make influence in T1 free for all levels, not 1-16 only. As I am perfectionist, I dream of complete whole influence bar for character who hit 40 level ages ago. This correction brakes nothing, just assignment for players. You can do like i did, but i think is kinda late now...
