During 20 sec you can't block or parry slayers attack with only 30 sec CD ? (so every 10 sec) and it's a buff

That doesn't explain why they removed the sets, just change the appearance to anything else. So stupid to remove the ability to acquire something that is useful for some classes while leaving it for people who've got ...
