Return of Reckoning

recent patch has left my launcher constantly bugging out usually showing it downloading 2 files and 90%+ done, then it sits for several minutes and comes back with an ArchiveAsset Art Error with a string of numbers/letters. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still stuck on this issue ...
