Return of Reckoning

Trying to do the live event quests and the only one i have left to do is , Launch 3 fireworks in a keep part, tried a few times and doesnt seem to be working, is there specific place to stand inside the keep before you use the firework? thanks.

So basically at the moment the game will allow me to log onto my squig herder but not my black orc, when i try log onto my black orc loading screen comes up for awhile then kicks me back to the login screen, anybody any ideas how to sort this out?
