Return of Reckoning

Hey all,

Could really use some help. On my level 13 engineer, my gun turret used to have 2 abilities: Penetrating Round, and Machine Gun.

Both were displayed on the little centralized pet bar that displays when you deploy a turret, and both worked fine.

Now all of a sudden only Penetrating Round ...
