To get all the wards for those sets you need to buy and equip at least one of each piece of the armor (I don't think that you need to get the jewelry piece). The Invader tier wards are a 6 piece set, and as you just stated you only have 5 pieces. Go into your ToK and click on ...

I have Invader Ward with 4x Triumph and 1x Invader. If I want buy Forttress Weapon it say I need the whole Invader Armor Set ?
Comeon, why you bring the wardsystem if I must buy whole Invader-Set ? This is pointless if you changed that gear as you can mix and get reward ?
