Return of Reckoning

When I click "unlearn" at a rep. skill nothing happens and it doesn't spend my money. Somebody knows how to unlearn those reputation skills?

When I Right-click the Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning folder and go to Properties , I can't uncheck the box at Attributes .
When I uncheck it, (Schreibgeschützt, betrifft nur Dateien im Ordner. read-only, only applies to files in folder) close it and go to Properties again, the box is checked ...
