IMO a rdps can kick someone's ass if used correctly, and if a little lucky. But for a mdps, I'd say WL over Mara AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR LION. If you're dueling someone a little squishy I'd say WH or WE and jump 'em,

It's all luck. For some gear, only one class can select gear, then some classes (ie. WL/AM/SW or BW/WH etc.), then at the most, anyone in the realm can select need.

When it comes to RvR/SC's that's not "acurate". Order might have 109 ONLINE, but maybe way less in the RvR lakes & let's say 30 in scenarios (distributed).

Empire chapter 8 has 16-18 mobs, they drop butchers.

Nothing really stopping people having a second account with the opposite realms characters, so I don't see much point well if you add a ban for those caught on second accounts that would really put a damper on it but no reason to do anything as its alpha and there aren't that many players in total ...
