Return of Reckoning

It's been around 3 years since I was actively playing RoR. Saw some buffs/changes to engineer. I was wondering if there was any consensus on which build would be most effective, mainly RvR stuff. Currently am RR 48

So I have done all the beast lord boss quests, and also all of the "kill x destro class" and still only have 4 beast lord quests. I have gone to each quest NPC multiple times and was hoping when servers reset today maybe it would pop up in my inventory. Not sure what to do because I am not...
