Wonder if people actually tried searching for setups maximizing init, instead of just slotting init talis. Plenty of sets out there with init set bonuses, starting with Imperator set- head+ shoulders, total cost 400 crests, +61 init bonus, as well as good defensive mods. Just mixing sov+ triump ...
