Return of Reckoning

Greetings.
I have done all things i saw on the support, but nothing.

The problems are:

1. When I click on RoRLauncher and log in, I click on CONNECT. Nothig happens. The button is always yellow.

2. Sometimes I click on CONNECT and it works, so now I am on the screen. There is....nothing. No text ...
