Is there a minimum level to add a last name?

I am level 3 and I tried tonight and when I press accept nothing happened.

*I re logged, tried again, no success
**I did have the gold requirement
***last name "Lee"

I Just read today WP & DOK got their aoe detaunt back - is this true?

Game was closed to fix lag.

Login server RED

same for all or just me?

I'd like to join...who do I speak with in-game?

Hi Gerv, yeah havent been on destruction since we spoke as the Dok wasn't doing it for me and the call of my BW was too strong.

I need an Order guild...any region is fine, doesn't have to be oceanic
