just make it cheaper anyway - so many bis player complaining they never get fair fights cause they are overtuned in full sov + scenario gear, please help them and make it easier to catch up for lower-rr and new players!

only high rr player have advantage they can grind pq with high amount of crests. but i guess the system can be "abused" by high lvl-support anyway. although i'd love to use some k crests from "other side".

You'll find Guard range there which is already helpful if your oathfriend is your guarded target. Maybe something new in there for oathfriend.
