99% of the time I run:

1- STR
2- +50% crit
3- AA haste
4- flanking

Classic bal, kd, repel for all situations. You have many choices here depending the gear. I'm lazy and I don't swap tactics I simply take the right targets according with my spec.

I used 6/7 sentinel,vanq boots and bestlord cloak until rr70 saving crests to afford triumphant set then 2x rr45 weapons +3 genesis. Back then I bought full conq but you can skip it potentially.
