SaC stab double nerf. First a reduction in damage and next a nerf to armor pen which essentially reduces damage. While a WH can armor debuff you to make and BaL hits to 5k damage but no nerf. Seems fare.

Given wh/we are the most played classes plus they are solo friendly I guess that is a clear sign they want people to move to other classes but without saying it. That's my guess.

My first thought was to just move to another solo class like dps rp/zeal then maybe after enough crying on forum they ...

I'd say :
- tactic rework
- more + "x" soul/fury regen on gear like ring, gloves etc
- soulstone talisman
- proc rework back to live version 10% on heal so everything can proc it and refresh itself

Just reverse the sov proc to the live version, it was implemented for a short period of time then changed to this current version sadly.
On live you had +2 on sov ring plus another 2 from the worn sov ring and also from gloves iirc.
Anyway would be interesting to have more source of passive regen

The WC barriers need to be removed. I like the changes to matchmaking, but removal of barriers is more important. They need to go as soon as possible.

Divine Aid - Now castable on the move
Judgement - Now Core ability in Path of Wrath. No longer requires Righteous Fury. Now costs 20 AP and builds 15 Righteous Fury.
