- tactic rework
- more + "x" soul/fury regen on gear like ring, gloves etc
- soulstone talisman
- proc rework back to live version 10% on heal so everything can proc it and refresh itself

Just reverse the sov proc to the live version, it was implemented for a short period of time then changed to this current version sadly.
On live you had +2 on sov ring plus another 2 from the worn sov ring and also from gloves iirc.
Anyway would be interesting to have more source of passive regen

Player skill and gear matter a lot more now, specially if 4vs4 or 6vs6 the team that has lowbies or even one person with green gear and or no talis which I see them quite often, you know it's highly possible that is a lost. The WC barriers need to be removed. I like the changes to matchmaking, but removal of barriers is more important. They need to go as soon as possible.

2- +50% crit
3- AA haste
4- flanking

Classic bal, kd, repel for all situations. You have many choices here depending the gear. I'm lazy and I don't swap tactics I simply take the right targets according with my spec.
