Wow, any estimate on a time table for that given populations of the lower tiers? Or is it all pve?

I'd absolutely love to play this game again that was such a huge part of my high school years, but I don't have tons of time anymore. If I recall, it was a very lengthy leveling process, even back with instapop scenarios all day, is this process accelerated or are there templates or boosts?
