Toughness has nothing to do with %s. it is a FLAT amount. % is irrelevant. Armor/Resistance works via %, NOT toughness. But since Toughness works in direct opposition with the offensive stat of the attacker, it would mean that the offensive stat would up the DoT damage the same way Toughness reduces it. Dont really understand what this change means.
In an overpopulated realm with more than 100% AAO, we will no longer get BO ticks but we will get bonus RP for what then ? the 1rp kills ?
Or is it just for the lord kill and the final lock ?
