Yeah, it's super weird. You are correct though, unzip the RoR launcher into game folder where the .exe file is and it gives me that error message.
I just went with what it was saying in the error message and moved the game folder to desktop.
So, now... I don't get an error code.. but, when I try ...

It's only there after I try to connect. When it's unzipped it goes into the game folder that's in program files x86. After 1st connection try and error message it moves itself to desktop.

Ahh, you must misunderstand from the PS. I download the launcher from here - https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZx19SZFkSGriMnH4kMoC38gpFCn4UIAQ77 and unzip it into the game folder. When I attempt to connect and get the error message, all of the unzipped launcher files that were in the ...
