Launcher replaced, but any changes

Driver is ok - latest wersion installed - 376.53 but nothing

Any error nessages, all look's fine, but nothing's changes and i can pick chaos tank character, if i clicking many times on screen, but i dont see him - just voices and buttions, i showed on screens... win 10 if it help...
