Return of Reckoning

I don't see able to browse wares at any of the merchants in the Ch1 square. When I click on browse nothing happens. Able to look at dyes at the dye merchant though. Any thoughts?

Okay figured out the error codes and it was files in the miles folder. Fixed those. Now error free but still not giving an option to create a character. No errors. I have everything clicked as non read only. Run as admin. Unblock on launcher. That other launcher downloaded. Ideas? Is this a vpn ...
